One Pelican creates all images, products, and digital files. Frames shown are not included. All listings are for digital prints only. One Pelican products will generally ship within 2-4 business days of purchase from Atlantic Beach Florida. If your print requires a proof, your print will ship 2-4 business days after your proof approval. Allow at minimum of a week for transit time within the US, and 4-8 weeks for International Shipping. See chart the below for details. We will provide a USPS label/tracking number on your order after it is shipped.

International buyers are responsible for all import fees and taxes. International buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Contact us prior to ordering for international orders with more than 10 items.

All charts and nautical chart wallpaper is shipped UPS ground typically at no cost to you. Flat cardboard mailers - 8"x10" up to 12"x16" prints. 16"x20" and larger prints are shipped rolled in double thick mailing tubes. Any tracking showing "Delivered" to the address provided is a completed delivery and cannot be disputed as lost or stolen. If needed, we can upgrade your shipping to include a signature release for your shipment.

Colors may vary from your computer screen to the actual print due to monitor variations. We do our best to demonstrate an accurate color representation in all of our product images. Printed color swatches are available. Please contact us for information.
